Our Facilities

Within the village, you’ll enjoy high quality, carefully planned accommodation in beautifully landscaped grounds.

Special facilities include a recreational centre complete with heated indoor pool, and a meticulously restored heritage building used as a dining room and meeting place for residents.

You can choose between two and three bedroom single storey villas and two and three bedroom units, many of which have extensive city, hills and ocean views.

What services are provided at the village?

You’ll be excited by the scope and quality of the services provided, ranging from personal care to home maintenance. You can have meals delivered to your home, or served in the Hammersmith House dining room. Personal care services are available in the village, and are provided in your own home.

Importantly, great emphasis has been placed on your security, both in terms of protection from intruders and enabling you to call for help, should you ever need it.

Our aim in designing Craigview Grove has been to ensure that you will be able to enjoy your life to the full, free from niggling worries and responsibilities.

Am I eligible to live at Craigview Grove?

Our community has been designed for people 65 years of age or older, but entry for younger applicants may be approved in certain circumstances.

How can I call for help in an emergency?

Every villa and unit is equipped with an emergency call system that is monitored 24 hours a day, so help will never be far away.

Can I stay at Craigview Grove for the rest of my life?

Yes, you can, unless ill-health creates the need for full nursing care.

What catering arrangements are available?

Your Craigview Grove villa or unit has a very well equipped kitchen. However, if you would prefer to have meals served with other residents in the elegant dining room of Hammersmith House, or brought to you in your home, this can be arranged.

Does Craigview Grove have a good security system?

All doors and windows are fitted with security locks, the village has security lighting and the grounds are patrolled at night, to give residents both physical protection and complete peace of mind about their security.

What housekeeping and personal care services are available?

Housekeeping, laundry and cleaning services are all available at Craigview Grove, together with a wide range of personal care services, including showering, dressing and grooming, assistance with meals, medications, shopping and companionship. Our experienced staff are available to help you select the services best suited to your personal requirements.

What facilities are available in the local area?

Public transport, a shopping centre, post office, banks, a public library and golf course are all within easy walking distance.

Are there gardens to walk in?

The grounds of Craigview Grove have been extensively landscaped, providing numerous level walkways and quiet seating areas for the enjoyment of residents.

Is there a programme of social activities?

At Craigview Grove you will be able to take part in a wide range of activities. Within the village there are facilities for hydrotherapy and water aerobics, arts and crafts, cards, billiards, snooker and pool. The meeting room in Fontenay Hall is a popular venue for plays, concerts and other entertainments. In addition, frequent outings are organised to popular entertainment venues around Perth. You’ll find plenty to occupy your time!

Can friends come to stay with me?

You are welcome to have friends stay in your villa or unit for limited periods.
